Who are we?
Crossroads Center, Inc has been in continuous operation since January 20, 2007 as a registered Non-Profit Organization, 501(c)(3), which was created for the sole purpose of providing free care for the poorest of our community.
Its inception stemmed from a needs assessment by the Choctaw Baptist Association (now known as Emerald Coast Fellowship of Baptist Churches) in 2005, who provided the initial funding to start the clinic.
Crossroads Center's purpose is to provide free care to the uninsured, low income citizens living in Okaloosa and Walton County.
Through the dedication of volunteer doctors, nurses, screeners, and administrative assistants, Crossroad Center seeks to provide a tangible example of Christ's love to the poorest of our community.
