What do we believe?
We Believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible ultimately authoritative Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16 & 2 Peter 1:19-21).
We Believe that there is One God, eternally existent in three personalities: Father, Son ,and Holy Spirit (1 John 5:1).
We Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a virgin (Matthew 1:22-25); that He performed miracles (John 21:25); that He lived a sinless life (Hebrews 4:15); that He redeemed us by His atoning death through His shed blood (Titus 2:14 & Acts 20:28); that He was bodily resurrected to the right hand of the Father (Ephesians 1:20); and that He will personally return in Power and Glory (Revelation 12:29).
We Believe in the total inability of man to save himself and that repentance from sin and acceptance of Jesus Christ is essential for salvation (1 John 1:9 & John 6:37); and that salvation is a gift of grace (Ephesians 2:8-10 & Romans 3:23-24).
We Believe that Jesus offers hope for everyone(Jeremiah 29:11) and that all who trust in His saving grace shall be saved (Romans 10:9-13).
We Believe in the Spirit-filled life (Romans 12:1, 2,& Galatians 5:16, 25) and in the gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit (Romans 12:6-8 ,Galatians 5:16-23, & John 15:8).
