Corporate Status: Crossroads Center filed the Articles of Incorporation on August 30, 2006. Crossroads Center was granted a 501(c)(3) status with the federal government and is a fully tax-exempt, not-for-profit corporation. All donations are fully tax deductible.
It is only through the loving dedication of our Volunteers and Partners, that we serve.
It is due to our dedicated volunteer doctors, nurses, screeners, and administrative assistants that we are able to be an example of Christ's love to those we serve.
Thinking about volunteering?
Please join us for a one hour volunteer information session which will provide an excellent introduction to the Clinic and areas to volunteer. Each session will be held at clinic and will cover the scope of our services, the application process and the duties and responsibilities of each volunteer role. Time will be reserved for small group discussion to review specific details for medical and non-medical roles. Call (850) 389-3015 for more details.
