Million Dollar Year
Medical Services Pass $1,000,000
Mark for Fiscal Year 2009-2010
According to a report to the State Health Department, Crossroads Center Medical
Clinic provided $1,161,087.00 of medical services to the community
from July 1, 2009 to June 30. 2010. This figure is compiled from the value of the services
given by our volunteers and services provided by our partnering agencies.
Our medical volunteers donated 2,286 hours valued at $226,809.00. Our general
staff volunteers donated 2,555 hours valued at $53,271.00. The remainder
was provided as free services from our partnering agencies (see list) and by
donations from churches, individuals and businesses.
Our cash receipts for the year were $66,763.96. We are very proud of the fact
that every dollar that was donated helped produce $17.39 of medical services
to our community. This would not be possible without our dedicated volunteers
and partnering agencies.
During the year we had 854 patient visits where a patient met face-to-face with a
health care professional in order to receive medical services. To make each visit
possible, it took 5 hours and 40 minutes of volunteer time. Please consider helping
us expand our ministry by volunteering.
