Who We Are

Crossroads Center Medical Clinic is a volunteer and donor driven clinic established by the Choctaw Baptist Association in order to meet the needs of the medically underserved population in Okaloosa County, Florida.

Our target population consists of those patients who are without access to healthcare insurance and are 200% of poverty level and below.  A large majority of these persons hold jobs and are sometimes referred to as the "working poor".

Our Mission

Believing in the worth of all people as created by God, Crossroads Center delivers quality healthcare and other related professional services to low-income, uninsured adults through creative collaborative partnerships with our community and provides free access to primary care to those most in need.  We are committed to deliver services in a caring, supporting environment that respects the dignity of each patient and demonstrates the love expressed by Jesus Christ.

What We Believe

We believe:

The Bible is the inspired, infallible, ultimately authoritative Word of God.
    (2 Timothy 3:16 & 2 Peter 1:19 - 21)

There is One God, eternally existent in three personalities: Father, Son and Holy
    Spirit.
    (1 John 5:1)

The Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a virgin.
    (Matthew 1:22 - 25)

    Jesus performed miracles.
    (John 21:25)

    Jesus lived a sinless life.
    (Hebrews 4:15)

Jesus redeemed us by His atoning death through His shed blood.
    (Titus 2:14 & Acts 20:28)

Jesus was bodily resurrected to the right hand of the Father.
    (Ephesians 1:20)

Jesus will personally return in Power and Glory.
    (Revelation 12:29)

Man is totally unable to save himself and repentance from sin and acceptance of
Jesus Christ is essential for salvation.
    (1 John 1:9 & John 6:37)

Salvation is a gift of grace.
    (Ephesians 2:8 - 10 & Romans 3:23 - 24)

Jesus offers hope for everyone and that all who trust in His saving grace shall be
    saved.
    (Jeremiah 29:11 & Romans 10:9 - 13)

That we may lead a Spirit-filled life through the gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit.
    (Romans 12:1, 2; Galatians 5:16, 25; Romans 12:6-8; Galatians 5:16 - 23
    & John 15:8)
