Leading Faith-Based Clinic
Crossroads Center Medical Clinic, Inc. had its beginning in 2005 when the Choctaw Baptist Association, which is now known as Emerald Coast Fellowship of Baptist Churches, donated the necessary funds to form a faith-base volunteer community outpatient medical clinic in Okaloosa County.
The purpose is to provide free medical care to the uninsured, low income citizens living in the county, which recently has expanded to include Walton County.
